WHO ARE WE?
We are members of 2344 (Longbenton) Squadron RAF Air Cadets. We’re an Air, Space and Cyber minded organisation for young people aged 12-20 years old.
WHY NOW?
2026 Marks 70 years of 2344 Squadron being a staple of the local community. We’re eager to raise awareness of our people and what they do in a fun and challenging way!

We will be streaming the entire 24 hours of flying live on our youtube channel (link available nearer the time, check back soon!) where you’ll see our teams taking the controls for shifts to get us nearer our goals.
We’ll be joined by some of our staff and guests along the way; adding some moralle and giving our cadets a well earned break!
