Following a successful probationary period for our February intake of cadets, on Thursday evening Parents and Carers were invited to spectate as they were all formally enrolled into the Royal Air Force Air Cadets by our Padre, Rev. Jarvis.
Following their enrolment, the Squadron performed a March past of OC 2344, Flt Lt Hartwell RAFAC.
We also recently hosted Reviewing Officer Squadron Leader Sheedy RAFAC for our Annual Formal Inspection.
Sqn Ldr Sheedy was supported by Sqn Ldr Burton who has recently been appointed as Deputy Officer Commanding Durham Northumberland Wing Air Cadets and we were also joined by FS Kay who assessed our Drill, Discipline and Deportment.
We are pleased to announce that we recieved a Silver grade overall and that feedback from Sqn Ldr Sheedy was largely positive in 2344 being effective in its delivery of the air cadet experience!
